HOW TO EARN $avePoint
1. Membership Reward
Before you make a booking, simply sign up to be a member of AsiaHotelPass. You will be ready to earn $avePoint
2. Booking Reward
Once you book a room at any of our worldwide hotels, we will simply count your room nights. You will earn each 1,000 $avePoint per night. For example, you book 2 rooms for 2 nights for a hotel, the $avePoint you earn is 4,000. This will be equivalent to US$ 4.
It will be automatically done when your booking is confirmed and the total amount is fully charged to your credit card without any problem. You can see your $avePoint in detail on the left menu My $avePoint.
3. Review Reward
We are listening with attention to every customer’s experience to provide better services. Real reviews from their experiences will help us to recommend right hotels to customers. Every review from your own experience will make you earn 500 $avePoint into your account.
4. Retrieve Reward
If you cancel your booking after it is confirmed with the payment completed, the accumulated $avePoint for the booking will be retrieved during the process of cancellation by our customer support agent.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR $avePoint
1. Value of $avePoint
1,000 $avePoint is equivalent to US$ 1. If you earn 10,000 $avePoint at your bookings, it means that US$ 10 can be deducted from your next booking.
2. How to redeem $avePoint
Once you earn 10,000 $avePoint or more, you will be able to redeem it whenever you book a hotel through AsiaHotelPass. It can be redeemed as a whole or a part of it. $avePoint will not be redeemed as a form of cash or checks.
3. $avePoint Transfer
It is not allowed to transfer or assign your $avePoint to others in any case.
Rules
1. Our reward program “$avePoint” is offered to certain members at the sole discretion of AsiaHotelPass. This program may be revised partially or wholly in terms of the policies, rules, benefits, reward levels or terminated with or without prior notice. The revision or termination may affect to use your $avePoint already accumulated.
2. Accumulated $avePoint should not be considered as individual properties and it is valuable and acceptable only when a member uses it at time of booking through AsiaHotelPass.
3. Some or entire $avePoint might be retrieved by AsiaHotelPass, in case that a member uses the program our of accordance with General Terms and Conditions, guidelines, rules, or commit illegal actions with the program. |
